Exquisite Greek Hand made Steak knives, inscribed with Cretan proverb, with olive wood or wild goat horn handles, boxed. These knives are made by a traditional workshop in Crete, which is famed for the quality of its knives. The design is based on the traditional Cretan hunting knife.

These are weighty steak knives, 21cm length, 2.5mm thickness, blades of 18/8 stainless steel, full tang, rivets, solid brass heel and bolster. Knife handles are in hand carved olive wood or pale or dark horn from the Cretan wild goat.
