Presented in a delicious dressing of Greek organic extra virgin olive oil with wild oregano, rosemary and red wine vinegar, or in sea salt brine (2kg barrels only).
Great as a delicious snack, an appetiser, meze, or added to salads. Olives can also be added to stews and other dishes (such as pizza and pasta).
A note on the traditional method used to prepare our olives: The olives are hand picked and then 'de-bittered' for 7 months in sea-salt brine, without prior slitting. This means the flavour is completely preserved within the olive. The olives are then pitted (de-stoned) at the very end of curing, to preserve the flavour. They are then transferred to the extra virgin olive oil dressing (or sea salt brine) and can be kept for months prior to opening.

Our olives are hand-picked from lush organic groves of Monemvasia and Sparta.
The olives are then 'de-bittered' for 5-7 months in sea-salt brine, without prior slitting as this preserves the flavour.
They are then placed in a delicious dressing of Greek organic extra virgin olive oil with wild herbs and vinegar The olives in dressing have won a prestigious Great Taste Award.
Our olives in dressing are Jumbo size.

Kalamata olives are a delicious, incredibly healthy snack. They are great as a snack, appetiser, meze, or added to salads. Olives can also be added to stews and other dishes (such as pizza and pasta) but best to use the pitted ones for this.
Our olives are hand-picked in the private groves of Monemvasia and Sparta.
The olives are then 'de-bittered' for 7 months in sea-salt brine, without prior slitting as this preserves the flavour. But it means the process takes longer! We have two sizes - Jumbo (181-200) and Large (231-260). The large tend to be more salty.
Our whole kalamata olives are presented in a sea salt brine of two different strengths - the more salty variety for the Large olives (preserves the olives for longer) and the standard salty for the Jumbo. The saltiness can be reduced by decanting the olives and placing them in cooled previously boiled water for an hour prior to eating.
