We are delighted to introduce our latest harvest oil which comes from our own Mirabello Estate in North East Crete; the olives are grown using entirely organic methods, hand picked just as the olives are turning from green to black, and pressed within 3 hours of picking; the acidity of the December 2020 crop is superb, at 0.2%, and the oil is extremely high in polyphenols (>500mg/kg), meaning it is highly antixoidant (and thus healthy!)
