New Season Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oils

Here you will find our latest harvest superior category extra virgin olive oils from our own estate in Crete, and selected small producers. The olives are hand picked early in the season (October or November), pressed the same day, and undergo laboratory analysis for acidity and polyphenols before bottling. Most of our olive oils are organic, of very low acidity (all <0.45%), and high in polyphenols. They are thus delicious, healthy and of impeccable provenance.
