Discover Bioraki, our organic Cretan raki, traditionally known as tsikoudia. Specially produced for us by a traditional organic vineyard and distillery in central Crete, this double-distilled spirit is made each autumn from certified organic indigenous grapes.

Origin and tradition

Bioraki is made from Tahta, Liatiko and Kotsifali grapes grown in the distillery’s own vineyards. In Crete, sharing raki is an expression of hospitality, known as filoxenia. Bring that tradition to your table alongside mezze and good conversation.

How to serve

Serve neat, slightly chilled or over ice, alongside olives, cheese or mezze. For cocktails, pair with honey, lemon and fresh herbs.
