








Kalamata olives are possibly the most famous olives in the world. Kalamata olives are a delicious, incredibly healthy snack. They are great as a snack, appetiser, meze, or added to salads. Olives can also be added to stews and other dishes (such as pizza and pasta) but best to use the pitted ones for this.
Our olives are hand-picked in the private groves of Monemvasia and Sparta.
The olives are then 'de-bittered' for 7 months in sea-salt brine, without prior slitting as this preserves the flavour. But it means the process takes longer!
Our whole kalamata olives are presented either in the sea salt brine (2kg size only) or in a delicious dressing of Greek organic extra virgin olive oil with wild oregano, rosemary and red wine vinegar. The olives in dressing have won a prestigious Great Taste Award.
