These beautiful knives are hand made in a traditional knife-maker's workshop in central Crete.
The design is based on the traditional Hunter's knife, with a solid brass pomel shaped as a Minotaur bull, hawk or wild goat (kri-kri)
The knife blades are of premium stainless steel, inscribed with a Cretan proverb. The handles are made of goat horn.

Cultural note: In Cretan traditional society knives are usually given from father or grandfather to male offspring, between brother, between best friends etc.
