This Antiqued Brass Pepper Mill, standing at 20.3cm tall, boasts a top filling feature for convenience and a crank handle for easy grinding. Handmade in Greece with traditional methods, each piece is unique and adds a touch of elegance to any kitchen.

Vintage look brass pepper mill ALEXANDER #503, is made of hand polished solid brass with a top filling space, grinding handle and adjustable grind screw at the base. The grinding mechanism is made of steel and zinc alloy,  38mm diameter, with a 3DCut system, designed to grind  the peppercorns maximizing its flavor and aroma.
Common pepper mills only crush the peppercorns which limits the flavor release. Grind directly over the food.

The grinding is done in three steps (3DCut):
1st: Grabs and cracks each peppercorn and breaks it in half
2nd: Cuts them into smaller pieces
3rd: Sends them to the small teeth and grinds them to the selected thickness

Handcrafted Greek product that meets specific standards of high quality and functionality since 1977.
A beautiful and functional tool for every kitchen.

Please note the antiqued finish does mean that the appearance of the mill surface can have streaks - this is a normal finding.
