HOWEVER, IT IS ALSO INTERESTING THAT NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO DETECT BITTERNESS AND PEPPERINESS TO THE SAME EXTENT! SOME PEOPLE ARE MUCH MORE SENSITIVE TO THESE ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES.
