New season 2023 November harvest has just arrived!!
A delicious versatile extra virgin olive oil from the Eurates valley near Sparta, PGI Lakonia. The olives are grown on lush hillsides, with ample natural water supply. The oil comes from a cooperative of farmers whose groves are monitored by an agronomist who advises them when to pick. As a result the oil has a gorgeous blend of green and darker olives, producing a lovely fresh balance of fruitiness, crisp bitter and pepper, and a warm golden colour.

The oil is low acidity, made from the robust Koroneiki olive, and its mellow mild taste makes it ideal as an every day cooking oil but is also good on salads.
