Origin

Produced from olives harvested later in the season, when ripeness brings natural softness and warmth to the oil.
Flavour profile

Gentle and smooth with ripe fruit notes, low bitterness and pepper — easy and versatile.
Harvest & Production

Later harvest (end November-December) and cold extraction create an oil with broader appeal and excellent cooking performance. Still with very low acidity of <0.5% this is an excellent quality oil.

  • Despite its late harvest timing, the quality and health value of the oil is maintained due to the robust koroneiki variety and th meticulous processes.
