New season 2024 November harvest has just arrived!!
A delicious versatile extra virgin olive oil  made from koroneiki olives  grown on lush hillsides, with ample natural water supply. The oil comes from a cooperative of farmers whose groves are monitored by an agronomist who advises them when to pick. As a result the oil has a gorgeous blend of green and darker olives, producing a lovely fresh balance of fruitiness, crisp bitter and pepper, and a warm golden colour.

The oil is low acidity (<0.3%) , made from the robust Koroneiki olive, and its mellow mild taste makes it ideal as an every day cooking oil but is also good on salads.
