









Kalamata olives are a delicious, incredibly healthy food. They are great as a snack, appetiser, meze, or added to salads.
Our olives are hand-picked from lush organic groves of Monemvasia and Sparta.
The olives are then 'de-bittered' for 5-7 months in sea-salt brine, without prior slitting as this preserves the flavour.
They are then placed in a delicious dressing of Greek organic extra virgin olive oil with wild herbs and vinegar The olives in dressing have won a prestigious Great Taste Award.
We are also introducing our new variety this year of early harvest olives. These are firmer than later harvest olives, have a greater proportion of lighter coloured olives and are slightly more bitter due to the higher polyphenols levels.
Our olives in dressing are Jumbo or Large in size.
