Une délicieuse huile d'olive extra vierge polyvalente, élaborée à partir d'olives Koroneiki cultivées sur des coteaux verdoyants, bénéficiant d'une abondante ressource en eau naturelle. Cette huile provient d'une coopérative d'agriculteurs dont les oliveraies sont supervisées par un agronome qui les conseille sur le moment optimal de la récolte. Il en résulte une huile présentant un magnifique assemblage d'olives vertes et noires, offrant un bel équilibre de fraîcheur, entre notes fruitées, amères et poivrées, et une belle couleur dorée.

Cette huile à faible acidité (<0,3%), fabriquée à partir de l'olive robuste Koroneiki, possède un goût doux et subtil qui la rend idéale comme huile de cuisson quotidienne, mais elle est également excellente sur les salades.

Produced from olives harvested later in the season, when ripeness brings natural softness and warmth to the oil.
Flavour profile

Gentle and smooth with ripe fruit notes, low bitterness and pepper — easy and versatile.
Harvest & Production

Later harvest (end November-December) and cold extraction create an oil with broader appeal and excellent cooking performance. Still with very low acidity of <0.5% this is an excellent quality oil.

  • Despite its late harvest timing, the quality and health value of the oil is maintained due to the robust koroneiki variety and th meticulous processes.
