premium prize winning extra virgin olive oils from the 2023 harvest. The olives are hand picked early in the season (October or November), pressed the same day, and undergo laboratory analysis for acidity and polyphenols before bottling. Most of our olive oils are organic, of very low acidity (all <0.45%), and high in polyphenols. They are thus delicious, healthy and of impeccable provenance.
