All are hand made-using traditional recipes in the island of Chios - famous for its fruit 'spoon sweets' (or glyko tou koutaliou as they are called in Greek). There are no artificial preservatives or added flavourings - just a high concentration of pure fruits, sugar and natural fruit acids.
