Robola is an increasingly rare noble grape variety that thrives in the upper slopes of Cephalonia's imposing Mount Ainos. The perfectly ripe grapes are vinified at the family winery, one of Greece's first boutique wineries. This is an elegant , perfectly balanced dry wine that is crisp and fresh, full of terroir-driven minerality and character, with deliciously ripe aromas of citrus fruit and white peaches.
