After the bees have made the first batch of honey, the hives are moved down to the pine forests, which is like a holiday camp for the bees! Much easier to make honey from pine tree resin, and this is added to the rich thyme honey by the bees themselves. Rich in natural antimicrobials, antixoidants propolis and pollen.
The result if a delicious natural blend of thyme and pine honey, combining the characteristic thyme taste - with all its health properties - with the fresh thick consistency of pine.
