





Kalamata olives are rightly the mos famous olives in the world.
Our olives are hand-picked in the private groves of Monemvasia and Sparta.
The olives are then 'de-bittered' for 7 months in sea-salt brine, without prior slitting (unlike some olives which are slit to speed up the process!). This preserves the flavour.
Our whole kalamata olives are presented either in the sea salt brine (2kg size only) or in a luxurious dressing of Greek organic extra virgin olive oil with wild oregano, rosemary and red wine vinegar (al sizes). Ours have won a prestigious Great Taste Award.
Kalamata olives are a delicious, incredibly healthy snack. They are great as a snack, appetiser, meze, or added to salads. Olives can also be added to stews and other dishes (such as pizza and pasta) but best to use the pitted ones for this.
