Presented in a luxurious dressing of Greek organic extra virgin olive oil with wild oregano, rosemary and red wine vinegar, or in sea salt brine (2kg barrels only).
Great as a delicious snack, an appetiser, meze, or added to salads. Olives can also be added to stews and other dishes (such as pizza and pasta).
A note on the traditional method used to prepare our olives:: The olives are hand picked and then 'de-bittered' for 5 months in sea-salt brine, without prior slitting (unlike some olives which are slit to speed up the process!). This means the flavour is completely preserved within the olive. The olives are then pitted (de-stoned) at the very end of curing, to preserve the flavour. They are then transferred to the extra virgin olive oil dressing (or sea salt brine) and can be kept for months prior to opening.
