A dry rose, fermented in oak barrels with fresh pine resin. Matured for 5 months.
An intensely fruity wine, with raspberries, wild strawberries, spices, notes of pine resin. It has typical xinomavro acidity, smooth tannins, and a fresh finish.
Pair with: Grilled mushrooms, seafood, pasta, fish, tomato sauce, olive oil. Also good with toast lamb, aubergines, feta cheese and sushi.
