Klima in Greek has a double meaning. It means climate but it is also the Greek word for grape vine. This is a blend of 60% Kotsifali and 40% Merlot. Kotsifali, a native Cretan variety, offers berry fruit notes. The addition of Merlot adds ruby red color and makes this blend succulent and silky. Ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months offers vanilla scent and smooth texture.
