This is a delicious dry white wine full of character. It is made from 100 year-old un-grafted assyrtiko vines grown in a monastery vineyard in Santorini. The vineyards have been cultivated organically since 1979. Alcohol 15%.
Assyrtiko grapes are Greece’s finest white grapes. The wine has a seam of fruit acidity that gives it life and longevity. Pair with Fish, white meats, white sauce, cheese.
