TASTING NOTES: Klima in Greek means both climate and grape vine. Cretan Kotsifali offers berry fruit notes. Merlot adds ruby red color and makes this blend succulent and silky. Ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months offers vanilla scent and smooth texture.

Combine with wild mushrooms, braised root vegetables and white mould cheeses. Till 5 years best decant several hours in advance.
